Vendor ID Request

I'm in the process of developing xPL interfaces for the following:
D-Link DRU-100 USB Radio
Dallas "Blue Dot" iButton Receptor
...and would like to request the vendor ID "ROBW".
IIRC the most recent thread on the subject suggested that requests were
made
here (and grants were made somewhere else). Apologies if I am mistaken in
this.
