New xPL App - xPL RioWin

Hi All,

Have just published a new xPL app to my website (in xPL, VB6) called
xPL_RioWin.

This is an xPL wrapper for Windows Media Player 9 that emulates the xPL
functionality of Rioplayxpl (Rio Receiver).

It streams it's music from either the original rio server or jreceiver, as
required

It is an almost full implementation of audio.rio as follows:

Basic Commands:
PLAY - implemented
STOP - implemented
VOLUME +<step> or ><step> - implemented
VOLUME -<step> or <<step> - implemented
VOLUME <level 1 to 100> - implemented
SKIP - implemented
BACK - implemented (not in random mode)
RANDOM - implemented
CLEAR - implemented

Extended Commands:
POWER ON - implemented
POWER OFF - implemented
LIGHT ON - NOT implemented
LIGHT OFF - NOT implemented
SHOUTCAST <stream name> - NOT YET implemented
SHOUTCAST xpl <stream url> - NOT YET implemented
ALBUM <album title> - implemented
ARTIST <artist name> - implemented
TRACK <track title> - implemented
GENRE <genre type> - implemented
PLAYLIST <playlist name> - implemented
ANNOUNCE <voice\><text> - NOT YET implemented - use xpl_tts
ANNOUNCEVOLUME <level 1 to 100> - NOT YET implemented

Extra functions are:
MUTE ON
MUTE OFF

It supports the same config items as rioplayxpl
VOLUME - default value 50
OSD/TTS/ZONE - note yet used

Additionally it has
SERVER - server hostname or ip - default localhost
PORT - server port - default 12078

Under windows 98, at least, it is necessary to configure WMP 9 as follows:
Tools/Options/Player - tick Connect to Internet Doesn't seem to be required
under xp

I'll be using this as the mp3 component of my diskless 98 node's

If anyone notices any differences between the way it works and how
rioplayxpl works, please let me know and I'll adjust it.

Once I have an IR input for the diskless node, I'll implement the OSD and
remote.basic stuff too
