Hi Ian
Had a quick look at the link.... Is it necessary to download xPL HAL for
to use in developement ..I thought xPLHAL was Tonys Home Automation Control
software....I thought a sender program and Monitor program was required ???

Thanks
Frank

The best bet is to remove and start again Frank: almost every element of
the
environment has changed somewhat since the last time you looked at things.

I'd suggest removing all of the components on the PC at present, and
download a fresh set!

There's a pretty good how-to on setting up xPLHal on the
www.xplproject.org.uk website (it's under documentation)

This is a link straight to the howto document: <a href="http://tinyurl.com/prrd";>http://tinyurl.com/prrd</a>
