RE: New download schema

I have a xPL download program that works only question is do I add some
timed downloaded functionality. e.g. download at a specific time or
download every 5 minutes etc.

Potentially there is a bit of overlap here with regular event in xplhal.
Also which time do you use the computer time or do you wait for a DATETIME.
* message. I'm tempted to leave it out and leave it to a scheduler to keep
request the download when it needs.

What do others think?
