xplhal latest release

Hi all,
Have just published the latest versions of xplhal at www.xplhal.com
Changes are:
Scripting modifications, as per previous post
Modifications to x10.send, as per previous post
When reloading scripts xplhal now tests that they will load successfully,
and if they fail, continues using the previous scripts.
