Neil,
Ian Jeffrey did a weather script (attached) that uses the weather
service of the nearest Airfield (METAR data)

Edit it for your own location (details in the script) and save it in
your xplhal\data\scripts folder, then reload scripts - you will need
also need a recurring event which runs once a day to run the sub
"getweather".

It works nicely for me.

Ian.

Sorry for all the questions.... I'm on leave and it's the only time I've
had to have a good play...

How or are people getting weather info into xPL?? I do not have a
weather station of my own... I have load xAPWeather and enabled xAP in
xPLHAL but I don't get any messages...

The old xPL weather script doesn't function anymore....

Any help please?

Thanks (again)

Neil
