The idea is to have a rio client server on the pc

Ideally this would support all functionality:

DHCP & NFS etc for booting the Rio

Music server (potential users to suggest features etc)

Client Software (multiple rio's of course)

The idea will be that all the stuff like music queues, lists of music etc
will all be handled by the new server, with the Rio itself working along
the
lines of a slmip3 (so to speak).

This will mean no limits on number of tracks to display, no limit on size
of
play queue, synching of units, the rio just does the hardware stuff like
playing and IR.

Regards
Tony
