Hi all,
Another update, now beta v3.2c (still contains a streams.xml)
This version displays basic connection information for shoutcasts as they
attempt to connect.
Up until now the connection to an mp3 track or shoutcast stream was
initiated by the thread that controls the rio, making a status update
impossible during the connection.
Rio.bin now has a major code update that launches the initial connection in
a separate thread, allowing the display/control thread to continue
regardless of connection completing.
A _great_ side effect of this is that even if a hang situation should occur
in the connection process, the rio will no longer hang as the
display/control processes are no longer blocked :-)
