Kewl. So is this attributable to different Shoutcast emitters not
holding to the spec tightly? What would make one stream comply and
another do something like add an extra space? I guess Winamp must allow
for that sort of thing.

I scanned through the Ethereal trace and saw nothing immediate that
looked like a problem. Once again it looks like you have sleuthed it out.
