I also am unable to get the web page to load.
I installed a version on my 'home'(at weekends) pc and the webpage
loaded but i had no time to play around with it. This was W2K.
I put the latest software on my 'test'(weekdays) pc and the rio's have
booted and can play music but the web page hangs. This is also a W2K
machine.
Perhaps they have different service packs.
