Thanks Andy,

I had considered using Asterisk previously - even read some of the
manuals/guides. Trouble is, I don't have much time at the moment for steep
learning curve stuff and would also need to organise another PC box. All my
current HA stuff is Windows based - did run Linux for a while with
ZoneMinder but eventually moved away to a different system.

I'm not much into scripting - I guess that'd take me a little while to get
sorted.
