Is there a standard for of words to describe the xPL project? Something
from one of Ian presentations perhaps? Needs to be a couple of
paragraphs.
I had a look through the docs, but there didn't seem to be anything that
fit the bill.

The Freshmeat rules say you can only post *nix projects, but seeing as
Tony just released his xPL framework for that platform, we're OK, and
that's what the initial announcement will focus on.
