XPLRIONET service will not start

Hello,

I am trying to get XPLRIOnet to run on Win2K.

I installed .net framework. Changed ip address in XPLrionet.xml to
the ip address of the PC that is running the service. I disabled zone
alarm firewall.
When I start the service it chokes in about 5-10 seconds and the
service never starts.

The log seems to show it stopping when it is trying to load the web
server:
Sat 05/02/05 19:51:59 : Starting xPLRio.net beta v3.9.08
Sat 05/02/05 19:51:59 : Starting xPL Hub
Sat 05/02/05 19:52:00 : Loading Server xPL Listener
Sat 05/02/05 19:52:00 : Server xPL Listener Loaded
Sat 05/02/05 19:52:00 : Loading Web Server

Event log shows :
The xPLRioNet service terminated unexpectedly.  It has done this 1
time(s).  The following corrective action will be taken in 0
milliseconds: No action.

Thanks for any ideas on what I might be doing wrong.
