My music server (slimserver) is linux and is connected to a squeeezebox.
Through this I can send IR messages as xpl messages which my windows
xplserver box acts upon (via x10).
Would love it all to be on one box, but xpl is not really an option on
linux at present unless you are a pearl genius and can use misterhouse.
