I only have one network card.
Mal,
What I cannot figure out (and admittedly I am a novice with XPL), is that
with the internal hub active all the devices are seen except the new W800.
With the stand alone hub, no devices are seen. Before I installed the new
W800, it worked well with internal hub- with the new one it does not seem
to respond to the request for configuration.
I replace the older W800 install program. Can I still get a copy of it to
see if it will still work?

This is wierd. The problems that George mentioned only occurred on
my own machine when a ListenOn address was specified, and with the
built-in xPLHal hub.
The new hub worked fine with everything I tested it with...
