If you run 200 to each room that will be more than enough :-))

Seriously though......
I am going to put a twin CAT5 adjacent to every double power point, with
additional CAT5 to the locations where I know that demand will be high.
When I helped Mark McCall wire his house we put 8 to the AV Centre and 8 to
the desk location in his office. He also had 4 as his side of the bed and 2
at the other.

Depending on how ofter you ( or someone else) want to move the furniture
around add more CAT5.
Being able to rearange a room and decide "I'll just put the phone over
there" is dead easy if you have CAT5 everywhere.

Run as much as you can.....and leave provision for adding cables of
whatever type later.
