Sorry, I didn't make it clear on that. The 4-bit DIM command code is fixed
at 0100b (BRIGHT 0101b) but there are 16 levels of brightness to be obeyed
by the modules on receiving Bright/Dim commands. ie. A lamp module would
dim by 1/16th of full brightness for every DIM command received and the
other way round for BRIGHT. Please note that these commands are operating
relative to the current brightness setting on the module.
