HAH! - you're kidding aren't you! - BT? that bunch of money-grabbing,
feet-dragging, obstructionist, monopolist ***tards! Hell will host the
winter olympics, and pigs will be the star atttraction at the Farnborough
Airshow before BT will do anything at all that's in the best interest of
their customers rather than in the best interest of themselves!
(Sorry Keith, all respect to you mate, but your employers are probably in
the top 5 most reviled organisations in the country!)
I hope I'm wrong, but I seriously doubt you will get a red cent out of
them.
(sorry to be so negative John, but bitter experience has shown most of us
what to expect from BT...)
