[ukha_d] XM10A Voltage Coversion
.
Category:

Hi All

I have just recieved from X10.com (via a friend) a colour camera video sender
(wot was on offer with some freebies), its arrived with an XM10A...which is
basically a 110V transformer down to 12V, with integrated X10 (i.e. you can use
X10 to turn the transformer on and off)..... does anyone have any ideas if it
would be possible to convert this to work on 240V.....or am I going to have to
go out and buy an Appliance Module and a 12V transformer to achieve the same
thing :-(

Many Thx
James
