Has anyone had any experience with wireless LANs (either at work or home).
I'm thinking about setting one up so I can use a PC downstairs. I've been
looking at the 3Com offerings. What are they like. All I can recall about
anything wirless is it usually has a short range in 'free space' and a
/really/ short range if it has to pass though solid walls/floors etc..

A.
