My 1.4GHz Athlon machine runs at about 54 degrees more or less all the
time.

Hi,

Just brought a Abit AT7 mobo and a XP1800+ cpu, along with 512MB DDR.
For some reason my cpu temp is at 50-60 degrees C.  Windows XP wont even
install at that temp, im using a cpu from novatech.
