Re: [OT] BT in Shock Service Story!
Hi all,
I ordered BT Business 500 Plus for my Newbury office last week.
Got the order confirmation late friday, and they had put down the wrong
product (Business 500) despite me going to great pains to ensure she
knew
what I wanted.
Tried e-mailing them at the address given, but got 2 attempts bounced
back.
Rang this morning and they say I have to cancel the order and reorder in
2
to 3 days.
Why can't they amend the order? - it was there mistake.
I hate BT (not the field engineers, I've always found them helpful).
