I rewired my upstairs lighting back to a central location in the loft and
fitted din modules.

But this isn't really an option for downstairs.
I've been considering fitting din modules (because the wall switches are too
noisy, to my ears anyway) in the ceiling above the rose, but I'm worried
about a fuse going and having to lift the upstairs floor boards to replace
it. Do fuses tend to go in these units?
