And I live in a flat, not in a house. And I have concrete ceiling in most of the rooms, so no drilling possible.

It seems that I'll definitly go for a single cable.

I found this one as the cheapest at Richer Sounds:

It seems that this is 105 strand. Is this still a bit OTT?

Yes - I had all this + loads of CAT5, power for all lighting going
to loft to LD11's (over 40). I had to drill 7 new access holes
through each of the many joists in the main run (upstairs landing
running across the house) with a 35mm Auger bit. That's a lot of
work and a lot of pulling cables.
