Unusual as it sounds, I've got a positive insurance company story!
A couple of weeks ago, our house was broken into, and together with
some
other stuff, we had a laptop (6 months old, Dell Inspiron 8100), my
Pronto,=
and about 80 DVDs pinched.
We're insured with Zurich, and they've been *very* good. new DVDs

delivered tomorrow, the Pronto has been replaced with a Pronto Pro (yes,

colour one! :-), and the cheque for the laptop is all ready to go once
Dell=
get around to sending me the invoice for the new laptop (=A33k worth
this
time, as the 8100 has been replaced by the 8200! :-).
All in all, they've been *very* good, and have helped turn a very nasty
experience into a slightly less nasty experience!
Adam.
