        As i understand it for instance
Zone 1 is the lounge room so every
thing that  can be controlled by ir are connected to Zone 1 hence the
8 ir
jacks per zone. If this is correct  i would tackle it as follows. A
box with
1 input jack from HomeVision and  8 jacks (plus electronics and led
status)
for the 8 zone outputs .Then  8 individual boxes with 1 in and 8 out
for
zone distribution. Does that make sense.
