Alarms

Hi,

I'm after a bit of advice regarding a new alarm.
I've done a bit of research and defiantly like the sound of comfort,
unfortunately that is defiantly out of my budget at the moment.
However I did read that it takes inputs from regular wired alarm sensors.

So what I am thinking is to get a cheap wired alarm kit, just to get
something up and running at the moment and then replace the control panel at
a later date with a comfort control panel.

Will this work or am I wasting my time, if so does anyone have any
suggestions regarding make or model of sensors.

As I have said my budget is tight and time is also of the essence as I am on
holiday next week and plan to start laying cat5 cable all over the house and
it would be an ideal time to do everything at once.
Thanks for your help.

Mark.
