Is there any real point:

1) Converting TTL RS232 levels to/from true RS232 levels is not exactly
bleeding-edge technology. Thats precisely what devices like the MAX232/233
are designed for and the circuits are incredibly simple. The BBC Micro had
a
TTL serial port and we never really lost any sleep over that (if only my
Beeb had an ethernet adapter!).

2) It's not exactly ePods money we're talking about here.

3) I don't want to wait ;-)

If people are willing to add the cost of 1 off to the total cost I'm
happy to purchase a sample and work on the level converter, along with
those with more electronics knowledge than me.
