My spa mixes the cold air with hot water, which is an additonal tap which
you tweak to set the temperature.  Nothing worse than Cold bubbles up the
jacksy.  The button for turning the spa on/off and setting the speed is
seriously broken though.  Sometimes it just won't turn off ;-)

Anyway back to the cold room problem.  Surley this is a good thing as
she'll
take less time in the bathroom cause its too cold.
