The answer is C ... but BEWARE ... 19" racks are the standard, the
physical rack (the box where you mount the kit may actually be bigger 
eg: a 600mm rack is about 23.6" and a 800mm rack is about 31.5 - the
internal mountings (what you actually attach the kit to)  should 
always be 19" 

As for online sources, well there's here :P - this is all from 
personal experience...
