Phone problems (OT)

One for Keith really.

Having some trouble with my phone line.
When I call some onone I don't hear the phone ringing at the other end.
When I phone my mobile, it rings but I can't hear the ringing tone on
th
eBT line (only on the mobile!). 
When I phone home from my mobile it all works normally. 

Any ideas?
