You're not the only one who's having trouble with them at the moment.

I ordered over =A32200 worth of hardware from them at the start of December=
and received an email on the 10th saying that the goods had left their
premises.  My credit card was then charged.

The next day, a box arrived containing three of the 35 items I'd ordered and a box note "box 2 of 2" -- about =A3200 worth.  There wa= s only one box
in the shipment however.  I emailed them to find out where the rest of=
the kit was and they admitted that it hadn't been shipped at all, but
would be sent immediately.  Three days later, it hadn't arrived so I phoned them.  After 50 minutes in their phone queue, I spoke to someon= e
who was adamant that it would be shipped that afternoon.  He even gave= me
a shipment number for Parcelforce, but again it didn't arrive.  Parcel= force
claim the shipment number doesn't even exist.

So, last Thursday I emailed them again demanding to know what the hell
was going on and offering them the option of either refunding my card
until they could ship the outstanding kit, or refunding my card and
cancelling the rest of the order.  I got a response saying that it
had been passed on to someone who can deal with it and they'd get back
to me.  A week later, I've heard nothing.

I'm not far short of 28 days from the date my card was charged now, at
which point I'll be instructing the credit card company not to pay them
and writing a very harsh letter to the MD.
