Indeed.

Which is why for buisness purposes I would recommnd Easynet, as they 
are one of the few ISPswith a reaonably serious LLU program, and with 
LLU, the ISP is responsible for almost all of the connectivity.  
Particularly the bits that BT wont fix outsde ofice hours...
