Hi I'm a newbie, can you help me. I seem to be getting every email posting
on the site? is there a way of stopping this but still remain active?

Well to chip in for the digest user (well me at least) Aashrams mails are
always a couple of pages long with *loads* of blank lines, and even bigger
when not trimmed ....
