RE: So cool!

No :-(

The zone remembers its last volume level, but I guess that's no good if
you've been 'air guitaring' to Metallica the last time you were in the
room!

You can also set the maximum input (From a source) and output (To an
amp) using small 'pots'. So.... I guess you could use a source input for
TTS preventing it from being too loud, but then it conversely may be to
quiet to hear if the zone volume is low.

Do you have a zone off function? Thinking out loud here but what if you
linked a zone off function with a volume down. This would be the first
macro. Then link a zone on + a specific volume up level which would be
linked to you TTS command. Don't know how your Kustom unit works but in
my set up those actions would be very fast as you can on/off/change
source very quickly with IR.

So this would give you:

Music going full pelt. Maybe Joe Satriani, Flying in a Blue Dream! (One
of my favourite air guitar albums :-)). Your giving the air guitar full
wammy.
TTS event cuts in.
Zone off (Could perhaps put volume down command first so it does not
just cut.)
Zone On + Volume up.
TTS announced.

Many thanks
