Tim suggestted that it had to be pushed for a few seconds...
" If you keep it pushed for a few seconds you should see
the LED
flash green and then go off for 40 seconds and then relight. The
passwords
should then be set to nw-admin."

ok - found the hole now. It's difficult to see what you're pressing but I
did the usual poke around with an opened paper clip until something
clicked.
The green reset light flashed and then went off. I then connected it up to
the PC via the config serial port. Got into the config shell and tried the
nw-admin user and nw-admin password. Bad news I'm afraid. the nw-admin
password wasn't accepted. I got in via my own password and all my own
config items are still there.
Is there maybe some sequence that the reset button has to be pressed in -
i.e. while pressing the power on button or whatever?? I'll maybe have some
more time to try again tonight...

The Reset switch is in the hole next to the upper of the two green LEDs on
the back of the unit, next to the Ethernet port.
It's labelled 'RESET' if that helps ;-)
Mine is in bits on the floor at the moment, but when it's back together
and
I I connected it to a network I'll try out the password reset tip
I'm not sure when that'll be though :-S
