The concept is quite good, however the one thing we always recommend
that they use industry standard cable.

The problem is that Cat8 is not an approved cable yet, and IMO it is
some way off being approved.

There are a number of other systems that I saw last year, based on
Cat7 cables (which was approved by the TIA in December) and that can
also pass the full UHF Tv band.
