X10 signals can be triggered using an X10 transmitter, IR or X10's
own RF format.
The RF built into the Harmony 895 is proprietry to logitech and so
is not compatible with X10's RF system.
The one workaround is to invest into wired systems such as Xantech's
IR-X10 unit, Ocelot (and may be Homevision - not sure) and plug this
into the outputs of the logitech RF->IR emitter. I have the Xantech
one but have not had the chance to test out this theory.
However I'm not sure if this works, as Xantech uses a 12V wired IR
system, but I don't know what specification the Logitech one is.
I've posted questions on this :

The Xantech IR-X10 unit is an expensive option.
The standard entry level X10 receiver IR7243 could be controlled
from RF by sticking an IR emitter to the front IR receiver of the
IR7243, but I've found it tempremental to use.
