KM rather than KVM?

Wonder if anyone can help?

I=92m looking to buy a USB switch that MANUALLY enables a USB
keyboard/mous=
e to be switched between several HA PC=92s =96 a bit like a KM in a KVM
but=
without the video switching (and associated extra cost).

The device should also NOT include a USB hub of any sort as I=92ve found
th=
at this can adversely affect apps running on a PC (I have a Belkin SOHO
KVM=
and switching this whilst running a video capture would cause the capture =
to become out of sync =96 even though there=92s plenty of spare CPU
resourc=
e etc).

Ideally, the switch would have discreet buttons to manually switch to the
r=
equired PC rather than cycling through several.

Anyone aware of such a product? Maybe there is a cheaper KVM that meets
the=
se requirements (and I just wont use the V)?

Thanks,

Paul.
