The initial receivers, at least, will have an analogue component out
as
well as HDMI, so you should be ok (at least for now!)

I was looking at this too.

They say you have to have a HD Ready system - but anyone know if this
means HDMI / HDCP? My plasma is only RGB/Component but does support HD
resolutions.

The tech info on the sky site is pathetic!

That does seem quite expensive.
