These multiswitches don't use a standard quad LNB they use an LNB with
4
outputs that are each fixed;

1 = high - vertical
2 = low - vertical
3 = high - horizontal
4 = low - horizontal

With a 'normal' quad LNB each output can provide any
high/low/vertical/horizontal depending on voltage and or tone, so it's
like having 4 separate LNBs

Or satellite multiswitches that take all four feeds from your quad LNB
and
provide multiple outlet feeds - 6, 8, 12 etc depending on the model you
buy.
So you are then only limited to the number of viewing cards that Sky
will
supply for your account.

Loads of Octo LNBs out there....reputable satellite TV dealers and ebay.
