I looked into this for a good friend a few months who had similar
concerns after pressure from his 11 year old daughter.

In the end we installed CyberPatrol and I have to say from what I saw of
it it seemed to work very well and its still doing a good job now.

I was particularly impressed with its ability to control net access to
certain times of the day allowing you to quota its use.

Heck, good job SWMBO doesn't know of its existence she'd be sticking it
on my home office PC and laptop :-) She already switches off my mobile
and hides it at the weekend to stop me working :-))
