10 have just appeared on the edge of my village.  First I knew about
them was when I spotted them driving to work on Monday morning.  I bet
they were put up without planning permission.  They're so large that you
can see them towering over the village when more than 2 miles away.

Personally I find one turbine to be quite elegant, but more than one
just makes a whirling mess.  I wish they'd stop using my taxes to
subsidise them - I hate seeing my money wasted on a solution that fails
even the most basic requirement (i.e to provide reliable power 24/7).

Perhaps if TPTB got their fingers out and built that fusion reactor, we
could just wait a few years and build those instead.
