Hi Ian,

You might want to take a look at Danfoss -- I don't know whether it's
new, but they have a range of three radiator valves, an ON/OFF in 24v
or 230V, a proportonal one http://tinyurl.com/pgybf  and a geared
one
designed to interface directly to EIB.

I've been considering the proportional one, but haven't got prices yet.
