RE: [OT] Networking Problem
Last time I saw this it was a network cable that had had the pairs
split
wrongly ... check for miswirings on either plugs or punchdowns.
If you have this problem then after testing with a cheap cabletester
they'll
still measure through perfectly but simply won't transfer at 100mbits.
