You *should* be able to use my app. Others have reported success, and the
data supplied by the meteor should be identical to that from a hacked box.

Subject: [xap_automation] Application for obtaining caller ID from hacked
box...?

Hi all,

I've finally got round to hacking one of the several caller ID units I got
of eBay.
(Same as the smaller unit here: http://tinyurl.com/7pp2q)

So, I've verified that it works watching the call data using RealTerm.
Next step is to find a xAPplication that will convert it into a caller ID
message.
I know there are quite a few out there but I'm not sure what baud etc. they
use to connect to the COM port.
(I tried Patrick's Meteor Caller ID utility on the off-chance but no joy)

I need 1200 baud.
Is there an application out there that will allow me to configure the baud
etc. of the COM port connection...?

Many thanks,
Andy.
