Take a look at /etc/modprobe.conf.  Do you see an entry for 3c2000?  If=20
not, perhaps an entry like:

alias eth0 3c2000

might work.  BTW: I am not familiar w/ whatever distro Asterisk@Home=20
uses; so, YMMV.
