Hi,
There are no global overrides to control the intranet ocx beyond what
the app in question tells it to do. So you will need to refer to each
app and see what settings it has.
However I wonder if something else is going on. Firstly Speech doesn't
use the intranetocx which makes me think something a little more
fundamental is happening. Secondly both Speech and the OCX  only have
one function each that  binds to a network card and the only time that
is called is when the app starts up or when the ocx is initialised.
If you have viewer running on a different PC can you monitor theses apps
and see if the port reported in the heartbeat header changes, that might
help pointing towards what is going on!
