In Bretts code there is a line to set the CS pin for the Ethernet chip. it
can be 10 for some clones and 8 for others. It needs to be 8 for Nanode.
Brett has updated the code to reflect this.

I'm currently working on the 12 input pulse meter counter from here
http://openenergymonitor.org/emon/

and then will be doing xap for the central heating/hot water. This
is currently being handled by xapnetiom.
