Darren,
I agree with everything you say except the memory. I have a MP3 jukebox,
and
I can only manage 200 albums, with everthing else & that is not going
down
to track level ie one button for a album then a key to flick though the
tracks. I have written a programme in delphi that alters the uncompiled CCF
altomaticaly and creates playlists to match each album. The pronoto sends
out a 3 digit code (which is altomaticaly programmed) to my home vision,
which sends out a serial command to the PC to play the correct album using
winamp. The great thing is that you dont have to keep altering the Pronto,
its done automaticaly adding a album (or 10) takes about 4 mins.
Back to the point, if you do want to drive a jukebox the extra memory might
allow you to go down to track level, of hold more than 200 albums.
